DropList tracks real-time property price drops across UAE real estate markets, helping users discover price changes, save favorite properties, and set up price alerts.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5 Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following third-party services to provide our app's functionality:

• Bayut API: We retrieve property listing data from Bayut to display real estate information and track price changes. We do not share your personal data with Bayut.
• Dubai Land Department (DLD): We use publicly available transaction data from DLD to enrich property information. No personal user data is shared with DLD.
• Railway.app: Our backend infrastructure is hosted on Railway.app. Data is processed and stored on their servers in accordance with their security policies.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

6 Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Anonymized and aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytics and service improvement.
